Member Benefits

Pardia and its member organisations offer among others:

• Local and centralised collective agreements on terms of employment.
   
• Support and advice by shop stewards and occupational health and safety representative and Pardia's Aid for immigrants.
   
• Members have an access to legal advice and consultancy on issues relating to the terms of their employment contracts, unemployment benefits and social security.
   
• The membership fee entitles members to occupational third party and legal protection insurance, personal accident and travel insurance and lost luggage cover.
   
• Earnings-related daily allowance in case of unemployment. (Each member contributes to an unemployment fund.)

Many of Pardia's member affiliations and associations also offer significant benefits of their own. These benefits include holiday cabins that the members can hire, study grants and rental properties, for example.
