The total number of members in the Federation of Salaried Employees Pardia is 60 000, the majority of whom work in government agencies and institutions and a significant number in public bodies, enterprises, companies, universities and Kela. Pardia is one of the largest member organisations of the Finnish Confederation of Professionals STTK.

A new collective agreement for state employees was signed on 24 November (25.11.2011) The new state employees' collective agreement follows the pattern outlined in the framework agreement, signed in October by labour market confederations. The agreement lasts for a period of 25 months, from 1 of March 2012 until 31 March 2014. |

Members of Pardia are a substantial group of both state and private sector employees. There are 60 000 members in our organization. The majority of them work in governmental offices and institutions, and some of them work in public utility companies and enterprises, universities and the Social Insurance Institution of Finland. Federation of Salaried Employees Pardia is a trade union with 24 member unions. Pardia is a member organisation of the The Finnish Confederation of Professionals STTK , an umbrella organization in which there are 20 other trade organisations.
